Alan King is fast becoming one of the most sought-after Jumps trainers around. After 15 years as assistant to the legendary David Nicholson, Alan set up on his own when 'The Duke' retired in 1999 and promptly trained 31 winners in 6 months..

In June 2000, Alan and his team moved to Barbury Castle, from where he has trained a growing string of increasingly top class horses, most notably My Way De Solzen, Katchit, Voy Por Ustedes, Halcon Genelardais and Blazing Bailey.
