Her sire Antonius Pius had a good first season in 2009 with over twenty winners. He was a very classy albeit "quirky" racehorse but Aidan O'Brien thought the world of him. The dam Consultant Stylist is by the very smart Desert Style.Veni, Vedi, Veci had two runs as a two year old. Running very green on her debut at Kempton Park but stepping up and improving markedly in a very hot Newbury Maiden.
Dancing David was the winner of the Newbury Maden who went on to finish 4th in the Group 1 Racing Post Trophy.
Veni, Vedi, Veci followed up her promising seasonal debut run, when finishing fourth at the Chester May meeting, with a confortable all the way success over a mile at Leicester. Jimmy Fortune popped her out of the stalls smartly and was never headed.
We are confident there is further improvement to come from this daughter of Antonius Pius.
